Innovative textile solutions
DEN-RAN offers innovative textile solutions. We design and manufacture anti-torsion filament-wound textile cables.
Our know-how is reflected in the production of these ropes, which are highly prized by ocean racing teams for their robustness and lightness compared with market equivalents or stainless steel ropes.
Our textile cables are developed by our design office in close collaboration with our customers. This proximity enables us to offer tailor-made solutions adapted to our customer’s boats and sailing requirements, while respecting architectural needs and gauges. To adapt to each individual standing rigging, boat and crew specifications and needs, we mount our textile cables on customized lugs.
The production of these textile solutions is entrusted to our qualified operators, and installation is carried out by our riggers.
Our filament-wound textile cables for standing rigging are used on Class40s, Imocas, Multi 50s and even Ultims. (depending on cable type). Offshore racing teams appreciate the efficiency and light weight of our filament-wound cables. DEN-RAN equips the Ultim “SODEBO 3”, skippered by Thomas COVILLE. Most of your stainless steel rigging can be replaced by a textile standing rigging. We also work closely with sailmakers to provide you with the right textile sail ropes.
1X19 and dyform stainless steel
We assemble monotoron or dyform stainless steel cables with the terminations of your choice.
In our workshop, we crimp the terminations, and our technician will suggest the ones best suited to your on-board installation, taking into account your preferences and our recommendations.
DEN-RAN offers you stainless steel monotoron or dyform cables in diameters from 03 to 10 mm and a range of wire terminals : fork, eyes, toggles, T, etc…
